Florida State Park Foundation

Key Biscayne Community FoundatioN

The mission of the Key Biscayne Community Foundation is to enable, facilitate, and empower residents to make a positive difference in the local, greater, and global community through programs, grant making, fiscal scholarship, and community leadership. Website: kbcf.org

Miami Villagers

The Villagers is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the restoration and preservation of historic sites in Miami-Date County, Florida. Members have a strong tradition of advocating and there is hardly a landmark not touched in some way by The Villagers, who have saved dozens of irreplaceable threads in the unique tapestry of Miami-Dade's history. Website: thevillagersinc.org

Neil Hurley - Florida Lighthouse Historian

Neil served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 23 years, with tours of duty on both a Coast Guard buoy tender servicing lighthouses on the Great Lakes and in the Miami, Florida District Coast Guard Office responsible for aids to navigation in the southeastern United States. His work grew into a hobby of researching the history of Florida lighthouses.
