Monthly Day of Action Volunteers

Come and join us for our MONTHLY DAY OF ACTION! We supply the gear and tools for the projects.

The park has many needs. That's why we are now offering opportunities to volunteer beyond beach clean ups.  Sign up for our Monthly Day of Action and learn how you can volunteer and help the park shine. 

When: 2nd Saturdays of each month

Time: 9:00am to 11:00am

Keeper's Cottage Gift Shop Volunteers

Inside the lighthouse keeper's cottage we offer selective souvenirs to visitors. We are looking for volunteers to keep our store open all week, so as to allow visitors to purchase highly desired souvenirs from their trip to Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, and commemorate their 109-step climb to the top of the lighthouse. Items include art, puzzles, postcards, tote bags, stickers, jewelry, and more. All purchases from the gift shop go to the Friends of Cape Florida and help support park projects. 

Shop and Volunteer Days/Hours: Cottage/Gift Shop open Thursday to Monday.  Looking for Volunteers to work one day a week, 10:00am - 1:00pm.
